# Oridatum Refund Policy

Effective 12 August 2026. Paddle is the Merchant of Record and handles eligible refund requests under its Buyer Terms and Refund Policy.

Cancellation stops future renewal and normally takes effect at the end of the paid period; it does not automatically create a refund. Mandatory statutory rights, including withdrawal and cancellation rights, remain unaffected.

Request a refund through the link in your Paddle receipt, the Oridatum billing portal or [Paddle Buyer Support](https://paddle.net).
