# Oridatum Terms of Service

Effective 12 August 2026. These Terms govern the Oridatum website, accounts, subscriptions, API and datasets. Oridatum is a trading name of Oleh Ostapenko, sole proprietor registered in Austria. The service is provided by Oleh Ostapenko, sole proprietor, operating under the brand Oridatum, Sterngasse 3/2/6, 1010 Vienna, Austria.

## Billing

Paddle is the Merchant of Record for self-service purchases. The Paddle entity shown at checkout or on the receipt is the seller. Subscriptions renew automatically for the selected monthly or annual period until canceled.

## Usage rights

- You may call the API from your own product and use licensed data internally.
- Public display of rendered facts requires a Public Display plan and the applicable market rights.
- API resale, credential sharing, raw-feed resale, proxy and mirror access are prohibited on every plan.
- Public Display plans do not waive the resale prohibition.
